After you are signed up by your pulmonologist, we will contact you for an intake interview at the Diaphragm Center.
If needed, you can reach the Diaphragm Center at 0031 623913302. Please clearly state your name, date of birth and phone number on our message service.
For urgent medical attention, contact your general practitioner.

Appointment Change
Would you like to change your intake appointment? If so, you will find the contact information in the email you received about this.
Once you are scheduled for surgery, contact is through the hospital where the surgery will take place.
